On April 9th, Evanston City Council will vote on whether to lease the Harley Clarke property and surrounding Jens Jensen gardens to Evanston Lakehouse & Gardens (ELHG). SEA has worked for over four years and ELHG has worked for over three years to achieve this goal, and it’s now within reach!

Ahead of that April 9th vote, it’s vital that City Council members are reminded of the broad support ELHG has in the community. In addition to attending the April 9th meeting, please take a minute to click here and sign a petition letting City Council know YOU support this plan, and urging them to vote YES on the lease.
