We are pleased to invite you to the SEA Annual Meeting on Wednesday, October 16 at 6:30 pm.
In the elegant setting of The Homestead at 1625 Hinman Avenue, come socialize with your Southeast Evanston neighbors and relax with a drink and a selection of savory hors d’oeuvres and sweets.
This will be followed by a short business meeting in which the principal item of business is the election of directors. Two SEA members have been nominated by the Nominating Committee for election as new directors: Zafiro Papastratakos and Joshua Bowes-Carlson (brief bios attached).
Three current directors are leaving the Board: Linda Damashek, Sheila Sullivan and Jonathan Domsky. We hereby acknowledge their service to the Association and thank them for their many efforts.
After the election of directors has been completed, we will hear from our speaker:
Glen Madeja, Executive Director of the Center for Women’s History and Leadership, Frances Willard House and Museum, 1730 Chicago Ave, Evanston, IL The Frances Willard House Museum, Memorial Library and Archives is managed by the Center for Women’s History and Leadership.
