The Chicago and Main construction project has been progressing steadily as planned, with no major roadblocks, according to the project developers.
We are now in Phase III of the project, which will last approximately seven months and involves the closing of the sidewalk along the southeast corner of Chicago and Main St. In the next few weeks, developers say to expect a heavier worker presence on-site as concrete trucks will be entering and exiting all week.
“We’ve kept residents/neighbors informed of the upcoming work via our website and separate phone calls in terms of what they will notice, and overall residents have been very understanding,” said project developer Jeff Clark, Senior Vice President of Development at Riverside Investment & Development Company.
