Streets Alive! Another Success

Evanston celebrated getting outside and enjoying fresh air, walking, biking and enjoying a summer's afternoon with friends and family at the third annual Streets Alive! festival on August 14. Taking up nearly a mile of Main Street from Chicago Avenue to Dodge Avenue, the festival offered a variety of activities and informational booths ranging from the City of Evanston's Water Department to community organizations.

Southeast Evanston Association was a sponsor for the third year in a row. The SEA booth offered memberships, literature, and T-Shirts plus conversation and information. SEA Board members were on hand the entire day.
